Who can access this service?
Senior Needs Review is available to individuals of all ages.
16+
Self-referral
Anyone aged 16 or over can refer themselves directly — no professional referral required.
Under 16
Referred access
Children and young people under 16 must be referred by a parent, legal guardian, primary caregiver or another professional working with them.
